I'll take Hufanga over Brisker. I love Brisker but he's due an extension with Kyler Gordon and i just can't see putting big money into Brisker with his health issues. Missing almost half the season from a concussion is brutal.

He is, but KC fans probably prefer he retires to clear his money off the cap. No idea why a player would leave that on the table though. I think he’s due 15-20 mil or so.

They can always find ways to create cap space and Mahomes and Kelce would be the first two to look at for restructures in their contracts to do that.

They’d not restructure Kelce. He only has a year left and sucks. They’d probably just cut him. But yea, they can get good money by a Mahomes restructuring.

Hasn’t Mahomes restructured once or twice already? I thought they did and don’t have much flexibility with his contract anymore. Obviously they can restructure Chris Jones, Humphrey, and other big deals though

Kelce has slowed down but still put up over 800 yards last season. Top 5 as far as yards go. Honestly I’d rather him keep playing. The media surrounding him and Swift will only get worse when he retires.
