Freeman is an excellent player. Hicks is the best player on the D and possibly the whole team.

At some point, someone has to take the blame. The team has had a high amount of injuries all 3 seasons under Fox and they have not let anyone go. Someone has to get the axe for the injuries, even if it is just bad luck. A change needs to be made somewhere in the training department.
