It's 2021 , i have solar panels and in floor radiant heat..........hence the sweaty feet

I dont know. We just moved in to this house about 3 weeks ago. I'm hoping that the radiant floor heat will be enough to keep us warm , lol

In all probability, they will put in a forced air A/C system, and you will have furnace filters!...lol
What state do you live in?
If your house is finished inside, it's going to be rough to retrofit all that ductwork needed inside the walls.
