So when the kings beat us last year the way they physically dominated the hawks didnt help them? Or is that something nobody wants to acknowledge because it trumps their ideals?

Lol, the Hawks didn't have near the team they have now, that's why they lost that series. They essentially replaced regular players in Bollig, Handzus and Versteeg with Vermette, Teuvo and Dejardins, while also adding Richards. They actually have a third line this year.

The biggest factor in that series was the Kings having a much deeper team, the deepest team in the league that year. The Hawks had one line really working for them that year, the Toews and Kopitar lines more or less canceled each other out and the Hawks had no other real threat. They had no real third line.

Not sure how that was offside. Toews has a legit reason to be cranky toews.

It wasn't but if Saad went two feet further and entered the bench on the other side of the blue, they couldn't have called it.
