My favorite teams
Noah has become a totally useless player.
I hope you watched the 2nd OT then....it was rose and him that took that over

I'm glad he wasn't your username.Rose was awesome to watch tonight. I'm happy for him. He's endured a lot of shit.
It wasn't even the point total I was most impressed with. Rose is driving and finding open guys on the perimeter with ease. He got guys like Dunleavy and Snell a lot of open looks.
Looks like removing the meniscus was all Rose needed to get back his game and mojo.
he still shot more 3's than id like....but late in the game he was in total attack mode which was beautiful to see
He's making those three's at least. Yes, seeing him driving and dishing again is a beautiful thing.
this game he did, yes. however, I tend to believe in the law of averages and the facts are hes a 28% shooter from there....doesn't need to be taking 9 a game
If they give him 12 wide open looks, then he should take 12. Take what the defense gives you. A 28% three-point average is the same as a 42% two-point average from an efficiency standpoint (0.84 points per possession). It's not good, but it's not as bad as it looks on paper.
He definitely needs to improve his 3pt shot selectionwell, they certainly were not all open looks dude lol

I would love to see him go back to the midrange game that he had his rookie and sophomore years. He hits that shot much more consistently. At the same time though, teams are gonna give him the 3 all night so he's gonna end up taking at least like 3-4 per game just in the flow of the offense. FWIW, before this game he was shooting 39% from 3. He's definitely not that good, but he's been hitting them this series. He's up over 40% after this game so I guess at least he has confidence and is knocking them down?glad im not the only one that noticed it lol. im glad he hit 5 - 9, but realistically he has no business shooting 9. he should take about 3 a game IMO....obviously times for slightly more or less depending on how the defense is playing him. but they are just such a better team when he is driving the ball to the rim, doing what only he and a few others in the league can

But yes, everything tends to be better when he's driving, that's a given. I get why he doesn't relentlessly attack the rim all the time though. He doesn't get fouls and it's a lot of beating to take, especially against a team that's trying to physically intimidate you.
He definitely has not turned a corner, he's just having a hot series lol. He'll be back down around 30% for Cleveland most likely. But again, it's about pacing too. If you know you're gonna play near 40 minutes a game, you gotta have something left in the tank at the end for when Lebron is defending you. Imo he'll be more a decoy at that point and Gasol and Butler will shoulder more scoring down the stretch with Rose setting them up, but if he's dead from driving relentlessly into Cavs players for 38 minutes it does more harm than good. So I do agree that him driving will be key, but he does need to sprinkle jumpers and 3s in there to keep Kyrie honest. If they can't sag off him, it makes his life easier in the drive game.well, to beat Cleveland he is going to have to attack relentlessly IMO. and this series he has hit them agreed....just hard for me to think he has somehow turned some corner and become a good 3 point shooter and not revert back to the 28% range

Yeah I agree.yeah, im not saying every possession down he needs to drive the ball. but I am saying he doesn't have to shoot a ton of 3's to accomplish the good pace....its called just simply passing the ball. id rather get somebody else a look elsewhere than have an empty possession from a bad 3 point shot
Yeah I agree.
He didn't have his meniscus removed. It was a botched reattachment the first go round, and there was a small piece hanging-like a hang nail-they cut that little flap out.Looks like removing the meniscus was all Rose needed to get back his game and mojo. Also, I said that I couldn't trust that Rose would play and go hard after he made the "graduation and business meetings" comment. I'm 100% glad to say I was wrong. If he can keep balling this hard the boys can go really far and him taking a few days off here and there won't matter.
LeBron was 1 of 5. Rose is fine. And it looks like his scope has his elevation on his jumper better than it was earlier in the year.he still shot more 3's than id like....but late in the game he was in total attack mode which was beautiful to see
