It looked to me like the PP the Bruins scored on in the 2nd (when it was 5-v-3 for a moment) was exactly what the blackhawks try (and fail) to do repeatedly. that stings.

No, they actually moved the puck around...nothing like what the Hawks do. Unless you consider the puck going back into your own end moving it around.

Nobody is using injuries as the sole excuse. I see you're using your selective reading skills again. No-one here said the series was over. I did recall a poster saying the Blackhawks would win in 5 games. Not sure how that's possible now.

I'm gonna be that guy, sure we could win, but I don't see it at all. Then again, I was even a little nervous about Minnesota upsetting us (realized it was a longshot), and LA and Boston. Only team I wasn't concerned about is the one that brought us to seven, so my track record this post-season hasn't been great, hopefully it stays that way. Said from the start I'd rather play Pittsburgh.

Well you said that saying Hossa was injured is fair if they lose the series and that teams cannot overcome losing an elite two way player, so I responded to that by saying that using injuries as an excuse is lame. You said that and I responded. In no where did it mention sole excuse until you brought it in, and in no way did I use "selective" reading skills by you making up stuff. I responded solely to what you said.

People here have said that this series is over. A quote from earlier "Bust season. They ain't winning the series. ****. " and I believe someone said that this game was a must win.

So you are saying losing one of the best wingers in the NHL doesn't hurt the team? It has a significant impact on our chances of winning. If we lose in 5 and he is out all series, then no we'd lose either way (or one would assume, the team always looks worse as a whole without him though), but if we lose in 7 and you say it wasn't a factor then you are a complete idiot.

How in any way am I saying that? How did you even get to that? How is that even a question?

Using injuries as an excuse is lame. It is part of hockey and it happens. Have to accept it and do your best to overcome it. Clearly it sucks and it would hurt the team to be without Hossa...but that's how it goes sometimes.

Hossa being out didn't hurt this team.

The horrid PP did. Its getting to the point they should think about causing a penalty and play 4 vs 4.

Sharp on a point is stupid. Having Shaw out there on the first set isn't smart, either. Hawks will still win this series, they need to put Kane back with Toews and Bolland back with Sharp. It isn't the end of the world.

What will it take for you to show a little respect for the Bruins?

They've been the better team since the 2nd period of game two.

Respect how? By typing out words on a message board? plz....

I never said the Bruins wernt good, just that they aren't Hawks good. The Hawks go thru these funks, the Bruins arent beating the Hawks as much as the Hawks are beating themselves. This translucent façade that the Bruins have dominated the Hawks is pure folly. Its three games in, let me know when somebody has a Cup above their head because chances are Toews will be the first person holding it.
