What a terrible national anthem...in Boston of all places.

While I completely agreed with this sentiment the other night, I found myself changing my mind tonight when they mentioned that he is a Purple Heart winning member of the Special Forces. Much love for him on that point.

Rancourt's signature fist-pump at the end of the anthem was modeled after the "Stump Pump" of former Bruin Randy Burridge, whom Rancourt admired. Rancourt also salutes at the end of the anthem. the salute is because he was a green beret in the special forces in vietnam
He lost me with that shit at the end and then holding up 2 fingers. Screw him singing the anthem, sorry.
