yea...either Euron gotta be dumb or just doesn't care. I feel like deep down he knows it's not his and he doesn't care
When you mount AA you should have bow and stern batteries, otherwise what's the point?
man just wanted to smashyea...either Euron gotta be dumb or just doesn't care. I feel like deep down he knows it's not his and he doesn't care
So much for Jaime's redemption arc..... back to square 1 with him.
Unless his real motive for going down there is to Kill Cersei.Jamie is the same Jamie. Ok dude when not under Cersei's influence and a fucking cuck when he is. Nothing has changed in 8 seasons with him.
Jamie, Cersei, Sansa. The 3 main people I just want to see die miserably before it is all over. Sadly I think I will only get 2 out of 3.

No indication they had them in both locations mainly because Dany was written as too stupid to even test out. Even if they did, forcing the enemy to defend front and back is still the best strategy.
Let's be honest here for a sec. The showrunners don't care about tactics. They are just doing things for shock value now.
In all fairness, the effectiveness of the ballista's is greatly exaggerated in the show universe. And there effectiveness would be greatly diminished if they themselves were under fire by the ground forces. They would still be relatively easy to take out if Dany simply got altitude and dived as close to vertical as possible at high speed, I think we will see this, with her using the sun at her back against Euron in the next battle. The military leaders on this show are brain dead, that troubles me. If a navel commander expects an aerial attack there is no way he would just protect the bow and leave the stern unprotected. I'm going to give the show runners a huge break, they in no way deserve. I am going to give them this, Dany from her vantage point, saw the stern AA batteries and knew the ships were protected from her dragon.
From the looks of it, Kings Landing looks to be pretty dragon proof as well.
The military aspects should be ignored if you want to enjoy the end of this great series. I understand the compulsion to shit all over the last season, by all means, enjoy (not directed at you remy). It looks like the focus of the last two episodes will be Dany/Jon, the show will do what ever they have to do to make the military moves fit the narrative of the ending. As a student of military history, I find this stupidity frustrating, I am trying to over look this silliness as much as possible so I can enjoy the many other well crafted aspects of the finish of this epic story.
The last Jedi was beyond horse shit. I’ll never forgive them for what they did to Luke’s character. After walking out of that movie theatre I was so done with that franchise I didn’t care or even think about Star Wars for another year at least. It’s not wrong I saw the video.....I don’t have the link
And spartan I’m with you bro the direction of this show has went to shit. Like Star Wars last Jedi shit
Perhaps, but maybe not. This part makes no sense. Jamie is fine with everything and is going to stay in Wf to protect the Starks. He knows the others forces have left to go attack KL, and he is fine with it. At that point he has to know Cersei is going to die. But no worries there.
And then, he learns that Dany has lost another dragon, and a light bulb goes off in his head"bing" I need to go save Cersei now. I mean, WTF?
This is either some really bad writing, or, Jamie really intends to go kill Cersei.
Ths spoiler leaves a little wiggle room on this matter, we know jamie will kill Euron, and then make it to Cersei. Not much else. [/spolier]
On another note, am I the only one that thinks Euron must be a complete idiot? he was there on the castle wall when Tyrion was talking to Cersei, right? Why wasn't he like, WTH, how does Tyrion know your preggers? Last Tyrion and Cersie spoke it was at the dragonpit, well before Euron slept with Cersei

Haha.
Look at that. Danny is about to be a ruthless crazy ***** and all in her feelings over the throne/Jon's lineage.
If the spoilers that were posted from Reddit are true, I feel like the blew the whole series in the finale. What a build up to a big waste. Maybe it'll grow on me as it plays out.
