I feel like a guy whose gf just broke up with him at prom for his best friend who happens to be his ride home.

So just stuck there wondering where it all went wrong and what could have been.

I just want this to be over now so I can move on.

This sounds like a @Warden of the Northeast story

Sansa got some Littlefinger in her. She's kinda manipulative

I find it too random that euron was just waiting for Dany to return to dragon stone

I’m thinking maybe Sansa scheming to take out Dany by using Cersei with an anonymous tip via raven

Is it really much of a stretch to think a seasoned naval commander would pick a good spot for an ambush? I mean, you know where her fleet is coming from (White Harbor); you know where she's going (King's Landing); and you know where she has a stronghold (and historic family home). Actually, it would be pretty stupid to not expect her to stop by at Dragonstone on her way south.

You don’t know when she is coming unless you have a snitch. He isn’t going to wait there to set up an ambush for a month

This show has gone the way of The Walking Dead, there's so much bad writing that there's no point trying to make sense of anything.

This is 100% spot on
Meh, maybe 50% spot on and 50% just bitching to ***** and missing some more obvious points in the interim. Just coming off as a hater overall.

I'm not gonna say this season hasn't been disappointing but it's silly to point out things with certain characters while ignoring others or pointing out things in a misunderstanding fashion. The Dany/Jon thing was working last season, now it's just unbelievable as **** cause they've rushed through so much so fast and went from 1 extreme to another overnight. The same can be said for the Arya/Sansa relationship, Arya/Jon, Sansa/Jon, Gendry/Arya. It's all been rushed through and looks stupid. Jon was always Arya's favorite and Sansa/Arya built a strong bond after never getting along in their youth. Same for Jon and Sansa, albeit to a bit lesser degree. Arya spends all that time going gaga for Gendry and now she suddenly wants to **** him and forget him. And what about Jon and Sansa, her family? Not feeling any loyalty to them either as she concurs with Hound that she ain't going back to Winterfell. Where did this disdain for home come from and why the need to remain a lone wolf and leave the wolfpack after going through such an ordeal that should have made the bonding stronger than it ever was? Bran's not Bran anymore. He remembers being Bran but now remembers so much more. Soooo... focus you dumb creepy ****. What the hell's wrong with him? Give the kid internet access and he turns to mush. All these relationships seem so much more worthless than they did all along the way leading into this final season.

Another problem for me is I feel like the show runners disrespect the viewer and assume all are dumb as **** so they have to keep reminding of us of past scenes from the better years and foreshadowing the most obvious stupid shit over and over. The show was much more fun when you had to use your sense and recall to make better sense of it. Now, they just keep hitting you over the head with shit. Something like Arya leaving the hound for dead has come up over and over these first few episodes. STFU with it already. We all knew even before Jaqen did that she didn't really hate the Hound as she pretended to. And, yeah, I get it, she'll have the opportunity to leave Hound for dead again and won't.. Whoopy.

Before Dany takes off on Drogon, she smile weirdly at Rhaegal as if she just came across this child of hers or was reunited after spending years away from him. Then right before the lamest character on the show shoots him down, you see her do more of the same. It was just weird and you had to know something bad was gonna happen to the ailing dragon.

Did anybody else catch Missandei's final words..or word? Drakarys...get a clue, Dany, you nephew humping dummy! No need to burn a city of innocent people. Your main enemies are right there in the wide open. Why not have Drogon just do some drakarys on them and be done with it? What is this need to shit talk each other? Ambush them just like that cartoon character ambushed you and your little baby boy, Rhaegal.

It seems to me that dragons aren't quite the advantage they made them out to be.

you say that now but will you say it when Dany wins the lopsided battle w/Drogon devastating KL?

Dragons are becoming like zombies in the walking dead. They're either completely useless and easily defeated, or completely unbeatable based on the story line.

You forgetting Euron's -75 fog of war buff that removes the uncertainty regarding enemy location and troop movements. Combined with the +50 Ambush buff and it makes him a formidabble player.

Combined with the Qyburn siege weapon buff.... Rhaegal had no chance

Now I want someone to do a comedy skit of the GoT writers basically just playing a table top game to decide how the final season will play out.

If you think about all the shit we've bitched about, it could all be explained if you imagine the writers playing a table top game to decide the major battle/plot points.

"**** it lol I got all my assassin buffs on Arya, all I have to do is not roll a twelve or snake eyes and she kills the Night King.... annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd, rolls a 9, BANG Arya kills the Night Kings, alright.... now we don't even need to roll for John vs Viserion or Dany vs the Wights or anyone else.... proceeds to remove all Night King pieces from the board"
