Think anything that happens with Jon will be his choice. Think he will chose to take the black in penance for killing Dany because that is his nature.
Yeah, that's what I think too. The spoiler doesn't make it sound that way though.

I didn't see it talked about.

Do people think that Greyworm was just following Dany's push forward like a lemming, or was he going outside of his duties and killing innocents for revenge of his woman? Mixture of both?

To be fair he was killing Lannister soldiers.... albeit ones who had laid down their arms to surrender.

However, once he threw that first spear, it turned it from a surrender back into a battle as the Lannister men picked up their swords to try to fight back.

I saw not one scene where Grey Worm actually went after unarmed civilians, but his actions in turning a surrender into a slaughter are morally questionable at best.

I think he was in a rage, killing for revenge of Missandei's death.... exactly the kind of emotional action Unsullied were designed to inhibit.

Basically what I was getting at. They really could have developed these characters changes with more time, which I think would have changed the opinion of some regarding the current outcomes.

I think he was following Dany's lead. It was obvious she was not going to allow surender and once Dany started attacking civilians the Lannisters would eventually pick up their swords and fight as they would have no reason to believe a surrender was accepted if Dany is burning children. So really a fight was going to break out no matter what.

Having said that, I am sure Missandei's death made the decision to follow Dany's lead easier. Jon by contrast would be stupid enough to try and reason with the Lannister army and probably get some of his men killed in the process if the Lannister's attacked first.

In short, Dany put Jon and Greyworm in a catch 22. Greyworm was smart enough and angry enough to attack beforw the Lannister army did.

I like how none of Jon's men nor the Unsullied really listened to his commands when he tried to halt the impending slaughter at the stand off.... they ignored him and began killing soldier/civvies alike.... started sacking/raping King's Landing.... but then later when Jon commands them to fall back, his Northern troops suddenly start listening and follow him out of the city.... lol like "Yeah ok boss, we got our rape in.... we good to listen now"

Also anyone else consider Dany was burning a city full of her own Dothraki and Unsullied troops... based on the conditions Arya was running thru, you can safely assume her rampage also killed a good number of her own troops. Not that they showed it... they made it seem like Dothraki/Unsullied had some kind of video game friendly fire armor.... Dany must have played episode 5 on Normal difficulty where friendly fire is disabled.

Yeah I think you have to beat the Game of Thrones the first time then on your second playthrough the respawning of dead armies is disabled and friendly fire is enabled.

Dumber is really clueless. Dany won the throne via fire and blood by destroying the Iron Fleet and killing the Golden company. Those acts were part and parcel to taking the throne with fire and blood.

Burning children had nothing to do with taking the throne since it was unnecessary. Cersei and her armies are who Dany is taking the throne from Dumber. Not children.

They're just trying to make her look like a demon to give Jon plenty of cause to kill her.
