Elk is fantastic. I'd only eat bear if it meant I'd starve if I didnt. Or maybe a bear hotdog I guess.

I eat ostrich jerkey(it’s incredible) and elk jerkey but both are mixed with beef. Is it too strong of a taste without it?

Maybe you are right the name is ostrim they have chicken, turkey, ostrich, and elk. They are all good but nothing beats the ostrich ones

Not sure, never tried it. Just throwing an idea out there since it doesn't sound like many people like bear meat.
