Giants would make a ton of sense for Pena. Have no offense, but their pitching has kept them at the top of the NL West. Pena would be a huge upgrade over Huff both offensively and defensively.

Rainout makeup from earlier in the year I thought. The Giants were in town and they got the rain shortened win on a Saturday game and then they just called Sunday's game.

Chacin looks like he has lost all confidence in his pitches. That is the only explanation for how hard he tried to pick a catcher off of second or the expression he made when Campana's ball down the line was called foul.

Who is this team working deep counts and letting the opposing pitcher create problems for himself instead of helping him out by swinging at anything close to the zone? I like this team.

i know its not anything to deal with Cubs but what is SFG doing with there starting rotation with Zito coming back? Lincecum, Cain, Sanchez, Bumgarner, Volgesong (cant put him in RP) and then Zito? Is Zito going to bullpen after start against cubs tomorrow?

It was a wussout. Made no sense. Lincecum vs. Zambrano lined up for that game and Z wasn't hurt.
