The rumors at the Barbershop are that Shanny will bring out his inner Eberflus and coach the 9ners to a loss. He wants to get fired so that he can become the Bears next HC and make Travis Homer into a top 5 RB.

He was never in. It was made up internet speculation that is about as accurate as everything else in the news these days.

"We have an excellent head coach. The fact that people are talking about this, I do find it comical." --John Lynch.

There once was a time douches like Adam Rank and others who pushed crap like this would be fired, out of a job, and unhirable. But now, its just onto the next bold faced lie for clicks. Sad, sad state of sports, sadder state of journalism.

They arent "journalists" they are media personalities. Two entirely different end goals.

My favorite teams
  1. Buffalo Bills
  2. Chicago Bears
I can’t believe how many Bears fans were willing to trade two 1st for this guy. Obviously a good coach but that’s just bonkers to me.
Personally I kinda hope the Bears are permanently done trading away first round picks.

Would you trade Rome Odunze and Darnell Wright for Kyle Shanahan? No brainer if you ask me.

It’s pretty funny how people say the Bears need an Andy Reid but if you took a coach with a resume identical to Reid’s before he joined the Chiefs they’d be saying how that’s not actually that good of a coach and blah blah blah.
