I'm kinda meh on the 2nd season. New Peaky Blinders just got added though.

I was kinda meh on the first season too, it took awhile to build up.

Peaky Blinders was kind of the same for me too, but once I got into it I loved it. I think there's a new season of Marco Polo coming out this summer. I'm excited about that.

I loved the Running Man. Richard Dawson makes such a great protagonist.

My favorite teams
  1. Portland Timbers
  1. Chicago Blackhawks
I liked the Running Man a lot, but I don't think it's one of the greatest of all time.

I'm actually surprised they haven't tried to remake that yet.

GOAT is purely subjective. There are no objective measures for it. So for me, The Running Man is a movie I would stop watching say a hockey game for if it is on.

Why I said "I think" as opposed to "is not" ;) It's one of Ahh-nult's better movies but not the best IMHO. Still, I am surprised with all of the shitty remakes of movies coming out now theg haven't tried that one. Hell, they did Total Recall.

They just wanted an excuse to redo triple tits. Pretty obvious IMO.

These two especially the first are underrated as movies go IMO. Perks especially starts out as seemingly your standard coming of age fare and then gets pretty heavy at the end. It was also one of the few adaptions where I felt the adaption was better than the original perhaps owing to the fact the author of the book ended up directing the film and was able to trim some of he fat from the book and make it a tighter story.

I never read the book but the movie is amazing. The kid that played Charlie was incredible. The casting director as a whole did a remarkable job IMO.

Also Under Siege is a great sleeper call with Tommy Lee as an amazing bad guy!

"Now....PLAIN ZEROOOOOO!!!"

Hahahaha.... That's my favorite line in that whole movie. It makes no sense but it's hilarious. Plus the whole sumo wrestling hockey player is just classic 80's.

That's the whole thing about Ahh-nult though...very few of his one-liners are that profound but they're still cinematic gold:

"I eat green berets for breakfast"
"What happened to Buzzsaw?" "He had to split"
"It's not a toomah!"
"Benny! Screw you!!!!"
"I bet nothing hurts you, does it Conan?" "Only pain."
"Rubber Baby Buggy Bumpers"
"Prepare to be conquered"
and of course
"GET TO THE CHOPPA!!"
