Super Bowl winning QBs vrs first time playoff QBs........ 11-1

The Bears are a better team playing at home and should make that 11-2

I agree, I think our home field advantage is going to be a huge difference in this game, Soldier Field hasn't been much of a home advantage even when we made the playoffs in 2010. This year is just different, the atmosphere is going to be like something that hasn't been since the '06 run. Nagy and this team have really connected with the fans unlike any coaching staff in the past 10 years. Soldier Field just might be the biggest over looked story in the game. I have no doubt it will surprise Alshon and catch him off guard, I really hope Amos gets a few good hits in him early then he'll disappear just like we all remember. Honestly, my biggest concern is Sproles, Foles hits him fast with those dumpoffs, I hope our lb's are ready for that.

If anything I feel this is a revenge game for the Bears. The Eagles in the last decade have beat our asses, we offered Alshon a contract, he chose to leave, never want to be here.

Anything can happen in an NFL game. Personnel-wise I don't think the Eagles can stand toe to toe with the Bears, certainly not on the Bears home field for 60 minutes. But it will come down to playing disciplined and mistakes by the quarterback. If the Bears can run the football the Eagles will have serious problems.

I don't feel as strongly about it as you do OP, but I agree that all this talk of "Foles magic" is annoying. I never realized how illogical and superstitious media football analysts were. Seems super lazy to me to fall back on this "magic" talk. Makes it seem like you didn't do any actual football research.

Yeah. I don't even care what these people say. On paper, any rational person takes the Bears. But that would be "boring" if every pundit said the same thing and didnt add in stupid hot takes. So, they need to create a narrative to keep casual fans entertained. And here we are.

The media keeps harping on how the Eagles are the hottest team right now in the nfl winning 3 of their last 4 games...…..Yet the Bears have won 10 of their last 11 games but it's ok the Bears defense will make the Eagles see the light come sunday, the light that will lead them thru the tunnel back to their bus and plane trip home to their living room couches where they'll be watching the remainder of the playoffs.
