True story, I was in a restaurant where this guy had an epileptic seizure. He was with his wife and this lady, not even with them, tried to take charge of the situation and micromanage it. I went over to give a hand and that lady asked me to call 911 while she, herself, was currently on her phone talking to a 911 operator. Crazy *****.
