Grazzini's locker has been cleared out and his nameplate has been removed from the locker. I'm sure they could easily replace the nameplate but why take it down if you believe he's coming back at some point when the "personal issues" are resolved.



Frankie you're full of shit I could care less if you're a Chicago legend or not, this team is not going anywhere this year. Way to go Frankie you had the right player in Grazzini to lead this team and just just let him go. The rumor is the team he might be going to is for free (no transfer fee), great so not only is he not coming back we are not going to get anything for him. Who the **** is running this team? If you tranfer a player that's under contract atleast get a tranfer fee.

A report out of Argentina claims Sebastian Grazzini, who is at issue with the Fire has been offered to several clubs in Argentina. A deal for a one year loan, free of charge is mentioned. A deal to Atletico de Rafaela would make Grazzini one of the highest paid players on that club.

The report has yet to be verified.


I've been a season ticket holder for the first 13 years (1998-2010), didn't renew in 2011 and this year because the team looked so horrible in 2010. With the team playing much better this year, they almost hooked me, but the way they treated Grazzini they lost me again. I hope I'm wrong be the rest of the season is going to a very long season (Alot of 0-0 games and 1-0 loses, with some 1-0 wins).

Wow, 13 years... all the way from the beginning. That's a long time. And why a I not surprised about the potential free transfer.

What I love about post game conference, is when he said he brought in Alex in the second half to push the and play more attacking soccer. My question is we are the home team, playing in front of a sellout crowd, game is being played on ESPN (Game of the week). Why in the hell aren't you playing attacking soccer from minute 1? I'm tired of this 4-5-1 two defensive midfielder lineup, i could almost getit if he plays it in away games, but not at home. When you're at home you should be the team that does the attacking and putting the other team on it's heals not the other way around.

You play to WIN home game, so why would you continue to play a defensive formation 4-5-1 with two defensive midfielders.
