Any ship that decides to ram/sink/attack another, deserves to be destroyed. You are putting others in danger, yourself in danger, not to mention if you do sink that ship, what kind of environmental damage will you do? Maybe not much, but still.



Don't take that as a "**** the whales" statement. Whales are amazing animals, and i think it would be a terrible if they were wiped out. Not only for our well being, but for the ecosystem as well.



Is it shitty that Japan kills the whales? **** yeah. To RK's post, is it reprehensible that they kill dolphins? In my mind, there are words to describe that.

And in the way they do it. Again a MAMMAL that in many sense may have intelligence we have no idea of.

I watched a few episodes over several seasons of "Whale Wars"



Conceptually I loved the idea of what they were doing. Whale hunting should be banned along with the Japanese and other countries should be held accountable.



However, these people are f'n hippies living the lie of the perfect utopia and they feel they have the right to do whatever the hell they choose on open waters without consequence. WRONG. I enjoyed it when their and Bob Barkers boat was destroyed. They are just another version of PETA, great concept and ideals taken to the extreme.

Is it a cultural thing? Ancient ceremony? Do they like the meat? I don't get it. Did the dolphins at one time threaten their way of life? It's one thing to hunt them, but they seem to go out of their way to kill them for some reason, maybe a rite of passage type thing? I don't get it?
