Decent prospect pick up. Cant go wrong picking up prospect blueliners and swedish ones at that. Wait to see what silly round pick was given up.</p>

Kind of a dumb trade. A 2nd round pick for a guy who can't cut the Yotes lineup because he's a liability in his own zone?!? I haven't seen him play, but from what I've heard and read is he's got great offensive ability from the point, but is not the best defensively. </p>

Wikipedia doesn't really stay up to date on that kind of stuff. I prefer to use eliteprospects as they are more in depth then hockeydb.</p>

I don't think this is for this year. Also could mean Clendening is on the way out, or the Blackhawks aren't planning on signing a vet d-man to replace Brookbank at the end of the year and will call up someone from Rockford as the 7th dman/keep Rundblad as 7th D.
If they think he's a replacement for Leddy... well I disagree.
