How is something "extremely marginal?"
The point I'm making is that any amount of positive edge is good for the team.

He's 1-10 as a starter. He's a hot mess, why you're defending this guy is beyond me.
Because I want him and the team to succeed as a whole. I respect mostly everyone associated in the NFL because they worked their butts off to get to where they are. They are my inspiration and motivation to be successful in my own life. Also, this game is awesome and I want to watch the Bears be as optimal as possible vs the Raiders.
When I watch football I want to see two teams battling as if their life depended on it. No matter the outcome what matters to me is that my team specifically improves because that is the foundation they will need to one day be decent as an organization.
We want the team to lose, so... no.

What's your reasoning for wanting the team to lose?
Better draft position. You're a Raider fan, you know the drill.
So you watch your favorite team every Sunday hoping that they lose and end up 0-16 to receive the #1 pick in the draft. So first off, if the team goes 0-16 how do you think the players/coaches/organization will feel? How much of an impact does gaining the #1 pick in the draft help this team?
Have you ever actually seen a coach banished from football for a bad record? They don't care. They'll get another job
Well I'm making the assumption that you make comments on gameday. It would be awesome if you held back your negative comments about him or the team because they are already beating themselves up for losing their first three games of the year. Wouldn't it be nice if they checked their social medias seeing fans encouraging them to continue to improve and that they will support the team no matter what. If only people we cheered them on in a positive manner no matter the outcome of every game.
Your no Raiders fan because they are not as ignorant as you. You sir are a troll....and not a very good one at that. Cmon...Raider Nation would be ashamed of you
How does a coach getting fired and forced to moving to a different team affect his well being as well as his familys'?

If you know jimmy, tell him he owes me 60 minutes of my life back for laying that unwatchable turd last Sunday.
Not fooling anyone, Jimmy.
He's had as much time as Jay, the same guys to throw to and lots more time than Fales coming off surgery. The line has also been playing better for him as Long acclimates. I bit, WTFClausen's only had experience with this coaching staff since summer and in the months leading up to the season he was never the focal point of the offense. Until now. I am excusing his performance in the Arizona game because he didn't practice optimally. He didn't practice with the 1st team offense and when he gets put in that game a lot of things will be off. His timing with the WRs, the flow of the game, the snap count at the LOS, etc.
There are so many factors that led to his poor performance that 1 week of practice preparing against Seattle was not enough for him to suddenly turn it around. The problem is that he is expected to get plugged in this spot and play decent but in reality when any player gets put in this situation it is extremely tough to overcome the odds. He didn't have Jeffery but he will this week. Overall Clausen and the offense will have a much better showing against Oakland.
