This thread sucks.
Well I'm making the assumption that you make comments on gameday. It would be awesome if you held back your negative comments about him or the team because they are already beating themselves up for losing their first three games of the year. Wouldn't it be nice if they checked their social medias seeing fans encouraging them to continue to improve and that they will support the team no matter what. If only people we cheered them on in a positive manner no matter the outcome of every game.
That's some crazy hair sasha...
Better draft position. You're a Raider fan, you know the drill.
I think he's an old friend.Who is this person? As annoying as StoptheHate or whoever that douchebag is.
As Cian Twomy would say, "Take your bullshit, go into a dark room, grab the lube, and go **** yourself."
I think he's an old friend.
Anyone notice Clausen's head is pointy?
I've seen Clausen play in HS, and college. Never was impressed with him at all. The Pats tried to poach Fales when he was on the practice squad. They would never even sniff at Clausen.Hypothetically if Cutler was out for the year Clausen should get at least a few games in before being evaluated whether he should stay the starter or allow Fales to take his spot. Two NFL starts when you basically only had two weeks of starter preparation is not enough time to be judged whether he is competent enough to backup the team. There is a reason why Fales is the #3 and it must be because Clausen has done more things right and his overall game is better. Perhaps he is mentally stronger as well. The offense will mesh under Clausen with time.
You forgot to list the factor of him flat out sucking at being an NFL QB.Clausen's only had experience with this coaching staff since summer and in the months leading up to the season he was never the focal point of the offense. Until now. I am excusing his performance in the Arizona game because he didn't practice optimally. He didn't practice with the 1st team offense and when he gets put in that game a lot of things will be off. His timing with the WRs, the flow of the game, the snap count at the LOS, etc.
There are so many factors that led to his poor performance that 1 week of practice preparing against Seattle was not enough for him to suddenly turn it around. The problem is that he is expected to get plugged in this spot and play decent but in reality when any player gets put in this situation it is extremely tough to overcome the odds. He didn't have Jeffery but he will this week. Overall Clausen and the offense will have a much better showing against Oakland.
