I don't think he should get more than a game or two. Some moron from Toronto said he should be suspended for 8 games.

yeah i've been reading some for 10+ games, I think he gets 1 or 2 just to show there standing by the rules, but Pominville seen him coming so that could play a part hopefully

He's going to get a 2-3 game suspension, even though what happened isn't worth more than 1 game. Because like Dewey said, he didn't go for the head, he didn't leave is feet, and it wasn't a vicious hit. It was from a bad angle, and regrettably, Pominville got injured.

Technically, that's not how suspensions ought to be handed out, but I cannot say that's always how these type of situations have been dealt with.

Just watched it again... it's such a nice hit. Hjalmarsson really put his hip into it and kept low to avoid any head contact. It wasn't really from behind either, it's pretty clearly from the side.
