When you're here, take a short trip over to the Aventura hotel while you're over in Universal and head up to the 17th floor (only open at night). Bar 17 Bistro is the name of the place. Get some Korean wings, maybe some bao, and have a few drinks. Those wings are legit. And the view is great too.

For a different taste without losing heat, add Durkee’s Mustard-Mayo to the butter and Frank’s.

I bake the wings. High heat. Then add sauce and cook a little longer. Don’t have times or measurements in front of me.
Frank’s, basil, dry italian dressing and butter.

Actually hasn't rained in quite awhile. This time of year is usually pretty dry. Summers though, thunderstorms literally every day starting late afternoon and last for an hour or two.
