Sad! 2 touchdowns against worst team in league.

1-2 as STARTER!
missed a wide open Alshon in the endzone on the last play. admitted he didn't look for him. Wow. Alshon was not a happy camper at all BTW. He may have cracked his helmet he hit it so hard on the bench.

I went and looked at how many times in his 8 years of Beardom did Cutler actually throw for 300+yards and the offense score more than 23 points...can you guess how many times it happened?

a) 14
b) 10
c) 20
d) 4

since I have no desire to look up history, why not just post your point.

No desire to look up history. Great.

In that case, just blindly don your Cutler cape and post away! Makes sense!

I may be wrong here but I counted 6 with a 3-3 record... unless you are subtracting defensive and special teams points?

I am subtracting defense and special teams points.

Figured that might be it.

.... but yeah- Cutty would have thrown for 500+ yards and 5 tds these past 3 weeks. It is a conspiracy- the NFL colludes to injur jay before the stretch of games McCown played and the stretch of games Hoyer has played because they did not want to see Jay succeed.
Fox and Trestman made sure the playcalling was shit except when backups were on the field, and the o-line was conspiring against jay as well.

this is what Cutler fans are hanging their hat on? ignoring the ENTIRE rest of the game that Hoyer played, never mind that Hoyer drove the team down the field to score with about 5 minutes or so left and not to mention that Hoyer was driving the team down again until Meredith fumbled. Never mind that the offense the whole game had an amazing rhythm with Hoyer at the helm.

lets pick on one bad play by hoyer ... and yes he missed alshon. But you know what should we go back and look at the bad plays by Culter? because if we did that we would be here all day and thats in just the first 2 games of this season.

Fox just Gave Hoyer a ringing endorsement in his presser and said everybody is handling it like professionals. Outlook not so good for the cuttyboppers.

cause they play on teams that play with defenses that aren't sivs that require 4th qtr touchdowns as frequently as the Bears.

again 500 total yards and only 23 points. you all cry when Cutler games with 300+ yards of offense score 23 points. So which is it? It was a loss on the standings, meant absolutely nothing. He needed to convert that last drive to make the day special and he petered out. oh well, like I said, most likely why Hoyer has been on six teams in eight years. No Mr. clutch in him.
Just remember that we gave up a bunch for Cutler and we paid him a shit load as well. He being under the microscope make sense why people are hugely dissapointed in him. We didnt have to give up anything for Hoyer yet he already has done things Cutler couldnt in all tje years here.
