Richard Seymour IMO. Tuitt is "stronger" coming out(based on 225 reps at the combine) but I think athletically they are similar.

Based on 2012 Tuitt was a top 15 pick.

Based on 2013 people have him ranked much lower.

What happened?

-Hernia Surgery, which takes forever to come back from.
-Gained Weight, tough to workout when you have a hernia.
-Scheme Changes
-He floated more

I do not see anything on the list that is a permanent thing or should damage him moving forward. So why would people downgrade him so much even to the 3rd round?
