I like the village of the banned thread, it makes the bans a little more transparent. posters aren't just getting banned and leaving the rest of us to speculate why. its pretty cut and dry, it also gives the mods some accountability. a mod just can't ban some one for something and let it slide with anyone else. it was also done right as a locked thread, if anyone could post in there, it would become as big of a clusterfuck as the Cutler thread was before the sub-forum.
