That was his 6th start? He's still a young QB. I'm guessing that he'll improve a bit. What are the odds his accuracy improves? Because that's what stands out to me. And I'm not even talking about his completion %. I think his accuracy is worse than his bad completion % even reflects. He misses passes that some of us can make. It's baaaaaad. Do you think that will get better?

This is his 4th season. He has been through 4 years of OTA’s, 4 Training Camps, over 3 years worth of practices, the same playbook that whole time, and years worth of NFL paychecks.

He’s far from a rookie. And “1st year” is not a valid excuse for him.
