I hate Insurance Companies, Car Accident Advice Needed

Then you have to deal with the other guy's insurance company. They should pay the entire amount but insurance companies suck and people tend to lie when they cause accidents. I've been hit numerous times and had the other person lie and try to blame me when it was cleary their fault.

One guy tried to say I was parallel parked on a 6-lane road and his insurance actually believed him! :shrug:

I swiped some girl's rear driver side door parking at my train station lot last year... no one was around to see it.... I coulda been a dick and just acted like nothing happened but I wrote a note with my name/number/insurance info.... did not want Despbro's karma gremlins to get me....

So here is how this ends. Their insurance let the lady go and no one took her messages and perhaps was backlogged severely on cases.
I spoke with All State and they said I pay my deductible and it won't go on my record. They will then try and get the money from the insurance company.

As soon as I went with that plan a week later I am getting regular mail that the other guys insurance company wants to talk. I'm done with it.
I let All State handle it.

About six months later I get a call. It's All State. All State won the suit in court and they'll be sending me my entire deductible back.
