It’s a slippery slope if the league can decide what QB a franchise should start.
I mean idk how slippery it is to tell a team they have to play their franchise, $230 million dollar top 15 qb over Clayton tune who'd be lucky to ever break 100 yards. Unless there's disciplinary action or he's still hurt they have to play him. I think they realized they'd be opening pandoras box to try to sit him if healthy. Nothing good was going to come of it for anyone

Their current GM and coach didn’t draft or extend him.

Arizona might be in tank mode for a QB. However, why would they activate Murray because he gives them the best chance to blow up the plan? Just like yesterday….
My theory is they brought him back to shop him. After Sunday, though, maybe they’re in it now.

Expert analysis from ccs once again!

“Big, fast, strong, catches everything!”

I’m sold
There were ppl on this board that wanted the Bears to trade down for JSN, so Fields could have more weapons.

...just sayin'

It’s certainly interesting. If they’re in full tank mode, somebody better tell Kyler.

JSN is starting to play decently - his numbers aren't going to be good until he surpasses Lockett but as a WR3 in a run heavy offense he's been good.

Interesting note about Nabers- he's averaging more yards/game than either Chase or Jefferson in that record-breaking 2019 offense, despite Burrow passing for about 20% more yards/game and having 8 more attempts/game than Daniels.

I had to look cuz I haven’t followed his season, but on pace for roughly 65/650/4. Not stellar but a promising rookie year being a WR3.

Tre Harris of Ole Miss is coming on and might be worth a look.

There are choices at wide receiver certainly. But Marvin Harrison Jr is the only one in the entire draft at any position who is a true generational talent.

And frankly it just feels like the people mentioning other wide receivers are doing it because they really are begging for the Bears to take one of their favorite football Jesus quarterbacks who are going to end up the next big bust.

Does anyone else hate the fa t that the internet decided "generational" meant "once in a generation" instead of what it actually means, being an aspect of a generation? Drives me crazy. Technically, saying someone is "generational" is meaningless, because what you're actually saying is Marvin Harrison Jr belongs to a generation.

An accurate example of '"generational" would be "feelings about the movie followed generational lines".

Give black rainbow a break, he's too busy jerking off to the backlash he gets on here to pay attention to actual football.

So it's no longer fashionable to you because your college quarterback you want the Bears to draft is no longer considered a generational Talent, huh?

I like Brian Thomas Jr out of LSU and I think if they can get MHJ Brenden Rice, they'd be unstoppable. Those two aren't like Jarret Payton or Luke Butkus. Those two have legit talent and having their fathers on the sidelines doesn't hurt.
what about Mushin Muhammad Jr

He doesn't have the stats. He also is probably not coming out as a Junior with those weak stats. I named Rice and Harrison Jr. because of the their ability. Their HOF fathers are just there for support.

The facts are this, whoever the Bears pick with two first rounders, they need to come in and help the team now. If Fields is the guy going into next year, I would want MHJ first, pass rusher with the assumed 2nd, whether it be the assumed 3Tech we need to go with Billings, or and DE to pair with Sweat. Obviously, if you do go QB, MHJ wherever we pick 2nd, is almost a no go. The Cards have already be stated to not be looking for a QB, and with that their likely to go ahead and get MHJ... Giants I know are too in the mix, but just paying Jones tells me they can't have both, and I do not know a team that would be desperate to trade for him and the contract. Pats somehow **** this up enough, I see them drafting Drake Maye for sure XD
Agreed......the 2 (or more throught trades) 1st rounders must be immediate 'ass kickers' for da Bears......

Arizona will 100% take a qb. They didn't tear down the roster to tank without a qb in mind. Giants absolutely will take qb if top 2.

Rome at 6'3" 200 reminds you of 6' 170 lb devonta Smith who are very different styles of player? Franklin who is very much a speed wr reminds you of Tee Higgins who is more of a possession type wr? Interesting comps
My bad, not the skinny guy but the bruiser security blanket beast, AJ.
