I needs some advice

another thing that pisses me off is the lack of real hours for personnel people.. (mainly places that have online apps) you fill out an app online.. go back multiple times during the week when told to come by other employees and no personnel person..

This has happened multiple times to me.. its just lazy and stupid as hell why they even have people hired to do that.

Went through the same shit years ago before landing my current job. Went through Temp agencies to get anything steady, only to get temp positions that didnt dan out. I noticed that the ******* that dont do shit kept their jobs. So as a temp at my current job, busted my ass and was let go. Brought back, but let go again. But the last week I did my job, just more laid back. Sure enough, requested back and they kept my ass lol. Go figure. But persistence is vital in getting them to look at you seriously.

Yeah I went in and was only able to do some of the orientation tonight because their computer wasnt working correctly.. So gonna have to go back in on Wednesday or Thursday..
