In that case, my dream trifecta goes something like...
Beach - Florida Keys. Probably about halfway out. E.g. Between Marathon and Islamadora. Half the year there.
Mountains - Western NC. Probably around Asheville. Half the year there.
City - Condo in downtown Chicago, that I use from time to time.
I need to get back to work now

Pacific northwest area or New England.. money being no issue would open up Massachusetts so I say there.
