Don’t hate on Cutler. He’s still the best diabetic Bears QB.

We would be even better than 2010.

This right now is 2005 all over again. Mitch looks like a 4th round rookie making his very first start. They could maybe get to the playoffs if the defense stays healthy and they get some breaks like today. But, they have no chance once they get there.

Wow...keep living in the past bud

OP is quite possibly the worst poster on the board. He's not worth these keystrokes, but you guys are: stop responding to him.

I seem to remember, while Cutler was with the Bears, plenty of people were yelling, we just need a QB that doesn't turn the ball over at break-neck rates so the D can win games.

Trubs hasn't been great with the turnovers, but he's not at Cutler levels (thus far. No jinx).

Trubisky is at a comparable rate of turnovers this year than Cutler’s career average.

There are very few QBs I would take Trubisky over at this point. Bradford, Kizer, Gabbert, Glennon, Peterman...

We'd still be throwing 1 yard passes and gimmicky plays with cutler... Still be throwing screens on 2nd and 5... still passing 3 out of 4 downs on 1st and 5 on the 5 yard line...

We had Cutler with this defense, and he totally fucked it up.

Cutler had a knack for countering a good pass rush from his own D.

member 2012?

I do.

The bitch grabbed some pine when it mattered most. Absolute lowest of energy there is: sitting.

That was after going 6 straight quarters without a TD against the Packers. One TD Packers don't even make playoffs.

My favorite teams
  1. Chicago Bears
Cutler was never consistent enough to put a string of good games together for us to win 3-4 straight playoff games if it really came down to it.
