I was a mod once a long time ago. Generally just be one of the peeps and keep the conversations going and contribute rather than eliminating posters. There are red lines posters cross but most of the work is just killing off trolls.

When I was just nine years old, my parents were killed in an alley behind the movie theater we had just seen Hackers at. Shot down in cold blood by some sports related internet message board poster.
I vowed that one day I would post on every sports related internet message board until they made me a moderator just to turn all of your E-lives into E-Hell.

When I first became mod, I go into the mod forum and there is like 10 straight reported post against me. @Bear Pride was on a real bender that day. Thats when I knew I was home.
