Telling them to stop has always worked.
Besides that's not really abusing the report feature if you're legitimately reporting what that person feels is rule breaking.
We instituted the reporting abuse because a few users were reporting just any random posts for "fun".

I'm trying to peacefully resolve the issue without using the ignore feature. But your repeated troll attempts must mean you are not interested in that.
At least I tried.

Fake ignore works for this kind of trolling ******. You can still read the troll posts, but you just don't respond. That way you don't get reported.

No reason here to use the ignore feature. It seems that Rush and Scoot are looking to increase communications with the members and gather feedback in their quest to have the best message board possible. This seems to be a quite productive session thus far.

It seemed to me that Rush's suggestion that we use ignore rather than argue is the crux of the matter..I did what he requested. Problem solved

Actually this is right. Rush wishes that you guys either ignore each other aka read over their posts when they post and not reply (or as HHM seems to call it, fake ignore), or if you can't do that, use the ignore feature.
