Haha no my stream keeps freezing so I haven't noticed much on the bottom.

And Dzeko's header brings Bosnia to within 1. US up 4-3.

And that's the game. US wins 4-3. Shame the game had to stop, I could watch these two offenses all day.

Every game the US proves that you can't teach an old dog new tricks, even with new players they always seem to look better in 4-4-2 than any other formation.

With all of these US wins, the expectations continue to grow. Just hope we aren't in for a disappointment next summer...

Yeah I would have ALMOST preferred them to lose today, it would have refocused them for the upcoming WCQs. It would have been the best time for a loss, unless they just keep winning =)

Don't worry, we'll lose the last friendly before the actual World Cup starts and then win 7 in a row ;)

As Altidore scores a hat trick in every game and then sets a world record for transfer fee salary!

Btw, there's reports that if both the US and Bosnia make it to the WC, they'll play another friendly that summer in St. Louis. I'm thinking Bosnia will want revenge and we go on our winning streak :woot:

Yeah, they should win their WC Group as well. They have a chance to win another round after group play. But like me and TBO were talking about, if they play a top Euro team, they are done.

Excited for the rest of WCQ though.

Depending on the draw I could see them winning the group, but I think it's more likely that they finish 2nd. But yeah, it's mostly a tossup in the elimination rounds, unless they're facing a top Euro or African team (especially if it's Ghana) where it'll be an uphill battle. But a man can dream!

That could have MLS implications too, St. Louis getting friendlies will continue to force the league's hand if an owner steps forward. Best untapped soccer market left IMO.
