Any time Kanter is off the floor, OKC is an elite defensive team.
Well he got a lot of PT and killed us on the glass so wasn't all bad for them. But yeah, generally Kanter is about as bad as Gasol defensively...but without the blocks.

Also for those who want to complain about Rose never getting to the line, I counted at least 4 times where Rose could've/should've gotten FTs and didn't. Same for Jimmy for that matter. We were getting mugged at times.

Team almost blew it but a good win on the road nonetheless.

Bulls now 4-1 against top 4 teams in each conference. 8-7 against teams currently out of playoffs.

Actually I think that title should go to the Thunder. They have arguably 2 of the top 5 players in the league right now on their team, a wealth of other talented role players, yet consistently struggle on both ends of the floor for long stretches, and rarely play a team game. If I was a Thunder fan, I'd be way more frustrated than any Bulls fan.

There defense has come up. I think it depends if Durant finally gets that killer in him. Truly, Durant is probably the most unguardable player in the league. You can't teach length. The top 4 coming out the west is going to be nasty by the end of the season

yup, exactly. this is the dilemma the bulls find themselves in. I mean currently in the NBA theres what, maybe 5 guys that are true franchise changers? so finding the next one via the draft is extremely difficult and via free agency just as difficult to steal one away from another organization

That's the shitty thing, we HAD our franchise changer but we were just extremely unlucky. A pre-injury Rose pretty much guarantees us at least the ECF every year

yep, but like you already made bold, the key word is HAD...cant keep dwelling upon that, have to move on and try and find another somehow

I know, I'm just so bitter about the situation. Rose was a fucking animal pre-injuries. I really hope he can be at least All-Star level for us.

I didn't get to watch the game but it seems like this team is always trolling me hard. year after year they destroy my hopes of getting a good pick

Bulls' fans will always find something to complain about.

No shit. I can't believe how many people are throwing in the towel so far. Heck, right now, the Bulls would have the 4th best record in the West. How about we wait a little bit to see how well they gel yet.

They've showed the want to maybe make move to get better. It's not about beating everyone in the regular season people. It's about getting fine tuned going into the playoffs.

Good win...they are not contenders. Period. But a nice win for the holiday. That's about it.
