Anybody who believes that Deng deserves to be an all-star this year over Josh Smith is fooling himself, which is especially when you consider that Smith has played more games and averages nearly as many minutes per-game (and out-produces Deng). The Hawks are also a very good defensive team and have won 2/3's of their games despite losing their best overall player.

I think anyone who believes that Smith deserves to be an all-star over Deng this year is fooling themselves, considering that Deng is a better player, on a better team. Better @ defense, better @ shot-selection, better @ #winning.
