Hopefully this confidence will carry over for Korver. Nights like these are exactly what we paid Boozer and Korver all that money for last off-season.

We better beat ATL. They played 4OTs the past two nights.

thought the same thing. We should have a lot more energy than them.

Great win, great performances by Rose, Boozer, Deng, & Korver. Jo struggled yet again. The dude is pressing out there. It's like he feels the need to have a dub-dub every game in order to justify his contract. We didn't pay you $60mill + to be an offensive force, so quit with all the "attempts" at post moves & stick to what you got paid for. Hustle, rebounding, & defense.

The best players on the court might be
Rose
Howard
Deng
Boozer

In that order.

Would you rather have 1, 3 and 4? Or 1 and 2?

I would keep Deng and Boozer......
But id be willing to give up Boozer ...Deng is an untouchable to me and second best player on our team.

If you trade for Howard you're most likely giving them Deng and taking back Hedo.

Why? Because we beat all of the teams we're better than? Well need another superstar vs the Heat.

Yea because teams without 2 superstars don't stand a chance of winning against the Heat, let alone winning it all.

Wait a minute....

With the Bulls win, are 29-11 vs teams with winning records over last 2 seasons. That's the best record in the NBA

Because the Bulls did it.

Wait a minute......

it's not just about this year but the next 10. You give up anyone not named Rose for the best C in the league and you can easily put the pieces in place in FA.

Superstar is a term misused a lot in sports, particularly in the NBA. Every really good player is a superstar to the average fan. Majority of the so called "superstars" are more star players to me. Why do people listen to the ESPN model of winning which is the team with the most superstars wins. Even if you have multiple superstars, they have to play well off each other and with each other. Just stacking them together is not a recipe for championships. Just ask Miami how superstar stacking worked for them in the Finals last year.

I was always a firm believer that depth always wins but that didn't help us last year. And it's not like I feel like we can't win with this group we have but WR would need to be healthy across the board and would need Boozer to show up every night. We still need another scorer because we still have far too many bucketless stretches with Rose out. Brutal stretches. Too many times our starting frontcourt is on the bench late in games.

Howard is a once a generation talent. A 1 man defense. Imagine what he could do with the best PG and a defensive genius like Thibs.
