I was reading today that Adidas might be meddling in the Howard sweepstakes, telling him they don't want him w/ another Adidas guy (Rose). Howard's gotta be feeling like he's next in line for a "Lifetime Contract" w/ the shoe company, too.

Yeah a guy from yahoo wrote an article about that 2-3 weeks ago. Howard and Rose are the faces of adidas and they are huge reasons why their sales in Orl and Chi are so high. They want to maximize sales to as many market as they can. It makes sense but at the same time, couldn't you run some kind of super campaign with them on the same team? Maybe that hurts you in Orlando but help you in Chicago, a bigger market?
It just sucks it's not about winning and it's all about marketing and movies and everything not basketball.
