Have we've moved into the Brady/Manning stage of the Mahomes/Allen rivalry? Well, for AFC champiionships anyway.

No because Allen doesn't win.Have we've moved into the Brady/Manning stage of the Mahomes/Allen rivalry? Well, for AFC champiionships anyway.
That actually isnt what he said if you read his follow up. His opinion is that it is a weak case which I would agree with. It is still clear he was involved in it and 2 people died. It's not vehicular homicide actually, as the Georgia lawyer just stated.
Being 'involved' lol, is that the legal term?
I know about Stevenson, for the third time.
I would agree it was a weak case from a pure legal perspective. It doesnt change the fact he contributed to their deaths by racing in the first place. He is most likely lucky that only the fellow racers died.Oh, I’m not saying he couldn’t be charged. You can get almost any charge through a grand jury nowadays. I’m talking about its viability in this particular fact-pattern.
If Devin Willock had been with Carter, and Carter crashes and he dies, for sure, that’s VH all day. And if no one had died in the car Chandler was driving, it’s probably charged as reckless driving.
Add in the fact that she was DUI and Carter wasn’t. And yes, I realize reckless can be a predicate for VH. Each case has a different set of facts. This was a weak VH case.
Oh, I don’t disagree with you he contributed, and I certainly acknowledge the moral implications (or immoral, as it were) involved. My only point is there wasn’t some grand conspiracy to not charge him with VH because he’s Jalen Carter. Any prosecutor knows they couldn’t get that charge past a jury with those facts. That actually isnt what he said if you read his follow up. True... that's why I'm rooting for the Bills. I'd like to see Bills or Ravens become a worthy battle royal rival for the Chiefs. But that's not happening if their winning 3 Championships in a row.No because Allen doesn't win.
Weak face mask call
Or alcohol sales past midnight on Sundays. I worked downtown and a lot of weary travelers fresh off of Marta from Hartsfield would walk into my Irish pub at 1145pm on Sunday and I had to ring in several drinks for that customer right then. I would let them sit at the bar and drink until I was done closing down. Then the APD found out so they would come after midnight and make sure we were closed and empty. So we started hanging sheets in the windows(on Peachtree St nonetheless) and kill the music.Damn religious folks. Remember the days when you couldn’t buy alcohol on Sundays?
They couldn’t prove that they had an actual intention of “street racing”; rather it was just a case of young coeds being idiots wit cars. That actually isnt what he said if you read his follow up. It is what he said. And everyone thought there was no case, and as he said the people who were killed were ultimately deemed responsible for their own action, regardless of how you are trying to spin it.That actually isnt what he said if you read his follow up. I still think he received favorable treatment given the stories I have heard about how the GA players were treated with kid gloves with regards to street racing.Oh, I don’t disagree with you he contributed, and I certainly acknowledge the moral implications (or immoral, as it were) involved. When I was a kid I heard from friends that FATlanta went all night. Maybe illicit stuff?Or alcohol sales past midnight on Sundays. He was involved, yes. Unfortunately that has no actual meaning,
