Yeah I think it's a good comparison. Fontenot at least had some pop in his bat though.

could've been steroid/HGH-induced, tho.

HRs by Season:
'07 - 3
'08 - 9
'09 - 9
'10 - 1
'11 - 1

Its simple. Castro is the SS now and for the Future. He only 21 and will make some stupid errors. He has great range with really strong arm. Barney will be prolly a career utitlity IF. Right now Barney gives Cubs best option Defense wise at 2B and is hitting well right now. I dont know whats the argument about it.

Meh, me and Pood aren't really arguing, just getting an understanding of each other's thoughts. I <3 Castro's bat, but I'm really skeptical of his long-term defense. That's all. :)

You know who would be great here? Sam Fuld.

We've already got a crowded outfield of good-but-not-real-good outfielders. Fuld's defense is amazing tho, always has been.

He doesn't need to. His production is going to come from bloops so honestly if he were to hit for more power he would be worse.

Hmmm.... I never thought of it like that. I suppose you're right. I still don't like it. I wish we would get a nice LHH 2B to platoon with Bake. Meh.

Eh, I'd rather have an OF Sori, Byrd, Fuku, Murton, and Fuld than the one we have now. I'm not real high on Fuld's D. But he can take a walk, which I <3.

Murton was such a stud. He killed LHP too... we could really use him. *sigh*

When Marmol's slider is in the zone, he's sooooo tough.

He was good what I think killed him is he was average at everything. Not great at anything not poor at anything just average.

If sori could have hung in CF I think he'd still be around.
