Rose gotta change his game if he wants to last, maybe become more of a shooter

it reminds me when Tim Hardaway first came into the league and he was basically UNGUARDABLE (if that is a word lol) and was running circles around people and getting to the basket, then he hurt his Knee, while he lost the UTEP 2 Step, he became A GREAT 3 Point Shooter

same with Chris Paul who is still pretty young and his knee is already Bone on Bone...Rose I think need to shy away from contact (even though he was injured without any contact) and penetrate LESS and work on being a better shooter because eventually he is not going to be the quicker guy...THEN WHAT? His Shot seems to improve every years already so I know he can do it

With all of this depth talk and we can beat this or that team without Rose, but we cant possibly hold onto a double digit lead with a little more than 1 minute left. Fn comical. Two years in a row thibs fucked us with his play till the last second garbage. Bulls blew that big lead late vs miami in game 5 but thats Miami, this is philly, game 1.

Oh well..Bulls can win this round without Rose. But they aren't going any further. Also, I'm just going to assume Rose will be injured in any game he plays...so I'm putting all my stock into next year now.

At this rate, who knows if Rose will even make it to next year on two feet.

Thibs knows he has a capable bench to hold a lead. None of the starters should've been out there w/ less than 2 min left. Don't feed me this "it was only 12 pts" bullshit.

We've needed another player who can create for himself and others to take this pressure off Rose. Guys with his playing style get hurt. Reminds me of Wade early in his career excpet this will be an injury worse than anything Wade had. Id rather him tear his labrum of whatever that shoulder injury was.

I put most of his injuries this year to the lockout schedule. If he takes the summer off (no Olympics) and rests until training camp, just doing strength & conditioning training, I think he can go next season in which there are more games, but the schedule is more spread out and thus more time for rest.

I never thought I would feel so sad after a bulls playoff victory.

But we have others on our team that are capable of stepping up.
Some how we are able to get through injuries and our team is deep enough to get by without Rose for at least the first round.
Don't give up yet guys.............

And if the Bulls blow the lead, people would be the first to blame Thibodeau for packing it in too early.

it's time for the bench mob (CJ, JL3 and MJ) to carry this team at the point.

Word of advice to everyone on this board from today until the end of the NBA Finals and beyond: Rather respond to certain posters(you know who I'm referring to) attempt to bait you into an argument, just ignore them. If you pay them no attention, they likely will go away sooner or later.

People will complain in every situation. Stop making excuses for the guy. Same shit happened last year, just not this bad. Up 20 with roughly 5 minutes left. Fn joke this guy is.

How many times do players need to get hurt late or be overworked before you realize that the only things that matters is big picture?

Thanks for the best record two years running, thibby. Too bad youre willing to kill your players to inflate your coaching record.

TRUE, should have added a big strong 2 Guard that can penetrate and create, that is the best way to take pressure off of Rose

Anyone watching the Thibbs interview?
Look at his face expression.
He looks sicker than a dick with no balls right now.
:obama:
He probably wishes he would of sat Rose the last few minutes.

Everyone is overreacting. It's not Thibs's fault. Should Rose have been in the game? Eh...maybe, maybe not. I'm not going to crucify Thibs for him leaving Rose in there and getting a freak injury. What happened at that moment could've happened at any time in a game. It sucks, but it is what it is. Calm the f*ck down.

I missed it, what did Thibodeau have to say about it?

Exactly. Hell, he almost ran Deng into the ground this year. He averaged the most minutes per game of anyone in the league, with a torn wrist ligament. Ridiculous.

I trust Tom Thibodeau's knowledge of his players and NBA game situations over anyone else.

It sucks Rose was injured, there still are games to play, and the next man has to step up. CJ and JL3 have to be big, and Mike James may get spot minutes.

The Bulls beat the best in the NBA without Rose, and with Rose's worst effort ever.

Not easy, or a lock, it's possible the Bulls still win it all, hopefully with Rose, perhaps without him.
