What is Frolik going to bring to that top line?

Frolik does everything but score - and as I've said before I feel like that is because he doesn't have the best release on his shot and not the best overall wristshot.

He is one of the better defensive Blackhawks, is great on the backcheck, is a solid skater, a heads up passer, puts himself in the right position, and always takes a hit to make the play.

Frolik is really becoming one of my favorite Blackhawks because he does all the little things right. He would easily bring more to the first line than Brunette or Stalberg have. I think he could mesh pretty well.

Agree with your 2nd sentence.

Maybe putting him with some heavy scorers like Toews and Sharp is just what he needs because Boland and Bickell are not really helping him offensively (though they're all swell defensively).

I missed the Frolik on the top line thing - that would be worth a shot, as his skill set seems to more closely match Kane's than Brunette's does- especially at this point in their careers.
