I knew we'd drop one, but I can't complain. 24 runs in 3 games is much more than I anticipated. It's the first series of the season, I didn't expect perfection. But seeing what the offense can do, I expect this production to be there all season long. Consistency is all I ask

Crappy day today... oh well. It is waaaaay too early to draw conclusions from the first three games of the season but I am impressed with the offense, even after today. Rios will eventually start hitting and someone else will slump for a bit.. that's how it goes. Health is the key to this offense because if we are healthy, we will score a lot of runs.

The bullpen will be fine, even with shitty to below-average performances in all 3 games. Except for Will Ohman. I don't like that bastard. I also predict that Sales will be closing games by June. Thorton just isn't a closer, for whatever reason.

I thread stating edwin jackson is awful after giving up only 3 runs in the first fucking series of the year is overboard. evalutate him in a month or so.

Look, you can do what you want, but I don't see where my comments were unfounded. I pointed out the validity of him being awful not just in his first start of the season, but last year and well his entire AL career really. So I can't be negative until ..... when?
