Interception perhaps not as Caleb doesnt throw a lot of them. But when the O sucks or Caleb is erractic then you saying you have never blamed the coaches?
Is 6 points in the 1st half now a good thing? Is scoring a TD in garbage time now a good thing? That Chargers O never actually looked good and was a classic Greg Roman playoff offense. Herbert threw 1 Int in the 1st half after Stroud threw one and the Texans scored 0 points off of it.
My position on Harbaugh is pretty simple. This year the Chargers had a cupcake schedule and made the playoffs as a result. I also said their O was pretty mediocre. All of that was proven tonight.

Not glossing anything over. He generally has had lesser talent. They were 9 point underdogs to the Ravens. Not 2.5 point favorites like the Chargers.

Still though, Harbaugh's team, first year of a rebuild or refresh, got into the playoffs. There's morons on here defending the Bears not getting him, because of this playoff performance. That's wild, no?

Off of this playoff performance only? Yes that would be wild. However some of the reasons why I always said I didnt want Harbaugh were exposed tonight. His offensive philosophy is just outdated IMO.
The Chargers played good D and turned Herbert into a game manager and then when Herbert needed to be more and go out and win the game he couldnt do it. There is a reason IMO Lamar only won one playoff game with Roman as his OC.

Chargers have zero to do with this. He just lost 5 in a row to end the year. He punted on 4th and inches. He’s a bum now.

Maybe they should have started Justine Fields? Wilson still had 300 yards and no picks. 2 touchdown passes. Baltimore with 50 rushes? When is the last time that you’ve seen any football team do that not named navy or army? Time of possession won that game. Plus, the Steelers don’t have any wr’s worth mentioning. Similar to Penn State ironically.

The point is most of his playoff loses are to much better teams with much better QBs.
He is a better version of Harbaugh at this point ie a coach who you can expect to beat the teams he is supposed to most of the time but who will struggle against the better teams without more talent.
