Sure but it’s still time to move on lol
Never

This franchise has been nothing but misery for the most part of 30 years. There needs to be a decent palate cleanse at some point.

Why are you so hung up on the “THE HAUL” thing? It didn’t happen, bro. Time to move on…
Because! That’s how winning organizations win! A haul set up the 90s cowboys.

No, you let these people tell you it’s time to move on. More fans of the bears need to harp on where they went wrong over and over and over and yell sell the team no matter who tries to say “that’s not the issue today.”

If you are on the pro side of this organization you have the high ground on NO ONE

So you’re just gonna be like the ‘85 Bears nut-huggers and never let it go. Maybe your line of thinking is closer to the problem with this franchise than you thought?

There is no “cleanse” without new ownership. EVERYONE knows that and agrees with that, so who are you actually arguing with?

You Caleb fan boys want to paint a picture that it’s all coaching. When Caleb was in the mid 30s and below in average and completion percentage and when he at one time was the worst QB on throws over 15 yards in 15 years, it’s not just coaching.

Nix plus either two firsts and a second or one first and two seconds

>>>

Williams

I can’t wait until those who disagree end up being dead wrong just like cutler and grossman, and the narrative becomes how the bears ruined another QB, only to watch him not be close to generational elsewhere

Just like grossman didn’t do shit in Washington

Just like cutler had one playoff win in his career

Oh with the added bonus of these same fans talking down to everyone about their next shiny toy at the position, and of coooourse denying that they were equally all knowing regarding grossman, cutler and Williams.
I stopped reading at “Caleb fan boys”.

If you can’t rub 2 brain cells together it’s not worth my time.

The point is most of his playoff loses are to much better teams with much better QBs.

He is a better version of Harbaugh at this point ie a coach who you can expect to beat the teams he is supposed to most of the time but who will struggle against the better teams without more talent.
He had a HOF QB for 15 years. Stop acting like 2023 and 2024 represent his resume.

I don’t understand the comparison here. The 85 nut huggers hold onto a single year from 40 years ago. My issue is a current problem that has spanned across decades. how do you let something go that’s a current issue? What a total shit point.

I’m arguing with whoever about whatever. Welcome to message boards.

Why are the refs on the sideline going up to the players apologizing for missing a holding call…? Sketchy

I love that we have an entire thread discussing the coaching hires and how important it is that a QB get the right offensive coach to work with.

Then in the IGT, we act like the coaching doesn't matter, and a player would be exactly the same no matter the coach.

The Cowboys haul landed them their QB. You are suggesting passing on QB or a haul. Very different.

Big Ben was more of a Game Manager QB who had 18 TDs and 23 Ints the year before Tomlin. He became a HoF under Tomlin.
