I'm more tired of douchebag fans than I am of the Bears sucking.

The QB wars on CBMB were horrible.

The Cutler elation, followed by the pro/anti Cutler wars, followed by the collective relief to be rid of Cutler - all of that was horrible.

The emerging anti-trubisky trolls vs the "give Trubisky a chance/you're not a real Bears fan" war is already horrible.

Why do grown men who claim to like football seem to crave drama? Seriously if I want drama I can just go watch American Horror Story with my wife. I watch football to avoid that high school girl shit.

Hahahahahahhaha observing that Trubisky has had exactly ZERO exciting/promising starts makes them trolls.

Oh man, that's an amazingly awful hot take.

I'm sorry you love terrible QB play and literally zero championships in 30 years.

Mahomes was overdrated...No way he should have gone before Watson. I'm sticking to it.

Mahomes has a gunslinger mentality, so while things have gone well for now, just wait until the bullets start hitting. I want to see how he responds after teams get more tape of him and get him rattled. I always held the thought that he threw INTs in droves...one after the other.

Time and time again, there are plenty of guys do well with the adrenaline running and eager to make a statement when they get their initial opportunity. But, It's consistency and high performances week after week that many struggle with, especially QBs...so many flame and because of that it is going to take much more time for me to switch my stance on him

What happens when teams get tape on the already shitty playing Trubisky?

While Mitch needs to steadily show improvement, which I personally am optimistic he will, he has already shown over the course of last season to, in the very least, protect the football. That is one stat that will give your team a chance to win and extend his shelf life in the NFL.

Prescott isn't exactly playing great, he pulled a Trubisky, first two drives looked great, then nothing. The difference is he isn't playing against Rodgers he's got Eli. I think the Bears are better than both these teams.

A lot of the play these last two weeks has been suspect.
I absolutely expect more from Mitch.
He was picked high and a price was paid to get there.
He needs to play to that expectation or he deserves any criticism he gets.
FFS, all the fans want is something better than the greatest QB in Chicago history.... Thats Jay Fucking Cutler... the bar isn’t that high!

I know this is hard for some of you, but you can acknowledge a player playing out of his mind and being successful without focusing on who the Bears drafted, and making a comparison to them.

I know, I know... this requires objective thinking. CCS doesnt do an exceptional job with objectivity.

But can you?

now 7 TD's in 5 quarters... which is straight up ridiculous

Not sure if anyone remembers, but i wanted the Bears to trade back and take Mahomes... not like it matters now.

I completely agree. These nitwits need to accept that it's ok to be pessimistic of "the Mitchinator" already, considering he's been bad in 13 games.

You are fucking brain dead if you think that Trubisky has "been bad in 13 games."

Didnt compare the 2.

I see you're still upset... it's a shame you've been sitting on this grudge for over a year. My advice: seek help.

It's laughable that Watson is being criticized by some in this thread when his "bad" game today was 310 and 2 TDs. Of course, he made a boneheaded error that cost the Texans the game at the end. That said, I want to see a game like that from Trubisky. 310 and 2 TDs, or something along those lines. I need him to show me something, because the fact that hes got almost a full season of games under his belt and has only given us a few plays to hang our hats on makes me really nervous. All of his numbers can barely even be considered mediocre.

3rd and 1. Designed play to Dion Sims behind the LOS where Sims is the QBs ONLY READ! D gives up 3 TDs, including 2 big plays to Green Bay. Conclusion: TRUBISKY SUCKS!

You made the exact same excuses for Cutler and blamed everyone else but him for losses. STFU fanboi

He hasn't been anything resembling good a more than one or two games so far and you would agree if he wasn't in a Bear uniform. #Special person homer

Mahomes is fantastic.

Mahomes reminds me a lot of Cutler in his prime;that’s a good thing. Give him good teammates and a consistent coaching staff.. watch him do things jay would’ve done if given same chance. Pace dropped the ball on this and it’s hard to argue otherwise.

Tomorrow is a big night for pace and Trubs. They saw how pat did, they know it’s gotta happen.
Dude stfu about Cutler already. He sucked and he's gone.

Cutler had games like that in Denver. He would been fine if he and Shanahan stayed together.

When you go through 40 qbs in 20 years, it is time to stop looking the qb and look at the team.

And here it is. Refute some idiot's claim that Trubisky has been BAD in every single game he's played for Chicago and get called a "#Special person homer"

Btw, you fucking fail at hashtags.

He's been good a handful of times. He's had some outings where he barely even did anything but hand the ball off, so it's really hard to judge his performance when he throws the ball 7 times or 15 times. Then he's had a few games where he was bad, forced things, committed turnovers. Basically played like a rookie.

But no, the way I judge him is not based on whether or not he's a Chicago Bear. I judge him based on what I've seen. And I've seen every one of his snaps in a Chicago Bears uniform. He's still pretty raw, but he's got talent. I'm really hoping he starts putting it together sooner rather than later, and the offense and his chemistry with all his new targets follows suit.

And if he doesn't put it all together eventually, I solemnly swear to come to the forums and just fucking freak out and emo post like a crytit about how everyone and everything sucks, and that the Bears never listen to me and draft the QB that I want.
