If you're young up and down markets don't matter... let it ride
Again... once you are within 10 years of needing it go safe.
Think about it... in 2008 the crash... end of world... housing market crash... duh... sell... DUMMY....
Every guy who didn't bought shares for years at a discount price...
Now up 4x in ten years....
I love that the Health Care Bill failed... the market shrugs... becomes cheaper....
Will continue to grow... always has.... always will...

I've heard this before, so let me throw this out there. We have the Baby Boomers with all this wealth in investments, as they need money and such who is going to buy it? If there aren't enough folks to be supporting a program like SS, why would there be folks able to buy the investments of our Senior Saints at great or even good pricing? Wouldn't the "tea leaves" say we are headed for an economic collapse?

True but people put too much faith in your average safe. Hell I have opened GSA containers in 30 minutes. Once knew an old guy that had over a million in cash in a fucking gun safe. When I explained to him how fast I could be in his safe he put it in a bank safe deposit box.

I think the key to safes is people not knowing that you have them.
Obscurity is beneficial in safe placement, as well as who even has knowledge it exists in the first place.
Having a million in cash is rather stupid to begin with. That shit burns, loses value every day it is sitting there to inflation, and ultimately is just a piece of cotton.

People like to brag about things. Show one guy the safe and when he's at the local bar he tells 2 guys who tell 10 more and one of them will be a bad guy. These are the kind of people that will use violence to get the combo because they're too stupid to open the damn thing. A safe will get you killed.
