is 2023 the year Justin Fields plays transcendent football?

Will Justin take the next big steps and DOMINATE this year?

Fields doesn't have to be transcendent, he just needs to take the short passes until the defense overcommits, then go deep. Five or six gash runs a game will do enough to force the defense out of it's comfort zone. The Bears won't need Fields to make 90 yard runs if he keeps the defense guessing, the WHOLE game. THE BEARS CAN'T STOP RUNNING THEIR OFFENSE JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE IN THE FOURTH QUARTER.

I like the upgrades at WR, TE, G. We need at least a starting T and possibly a C. And we need to start playcalling like we're imposing our will on the defense, not like we're scared of what could happen if we get our QB killed because we can't block anyone. And of course, Fields needs to take the next step.

All of that is doable, though. I like his chances much better already this coming season.

If we objectively look at things, Fields was NOT setup for success last season. I feel much better about the offense around him right now. I'm hoping I feel even better about it after the draft. And preferably I'll feel that way after the 1st round lol.
