I would try it.

Neither Afflalo or Smith will help us beat the Heat. I just can´t see it.

But Roy would be the best SG in the league if he stayed healthy.

It´s risky, but so is Deng. And he managed to play a full season.

You act like the heat were that much better than us. There were 2 games in that series we should have one. With the progression of Rose, Noah, Asik and Taj, a legit starting SG like Affalo would make a huge difference.

How did the Bulls take him for granted? Im as big of a Ben Gordon fan as anyone and would love to dust off the old jersey if he ever came back but this is bs. They werent willing to overpay for him. No one took him for granted.

Odds are Brandon Roys athletism won't be the same again due to his destroyed knee.

And the good news is that he will not be a Bull.
According to rumors, He will end up in Golden State.
That's a relief.

And it helps the Bulls cause that Brandon Roys former agent(Bob Myers) is the assistant GM of the Warriors.

LET HIM BE THE WARRIORS PROBLEM!!!!!! I like Brandon Roy, don't get me wrong...But its likely he will be slowed down and injury plagued the rest of his career, until his early retirement.

McGrady is old with some knee and back issues while Roy is young with major issues in both knees. It's clear that Roy has a lot more upside than McGrady at this point.

That's not what Roy's doctors say. When you have two knees bone on bone, it's the equivalent of being old with shot up knees, even at Roy's age.

Scottie Pippens knees in his mid 40s are in better shape than Brandon Roys are.

This is no joke

Its a dam shame because I would of loved to have Roy on the Bulls prior to his injury.

I don't know why people think JR Smith is a viable option right now. He's stuck over in China til March.

Hell be back before March, but **** him.

Id like to see Ben Gordon become available, he would be a better fit for our group of guys, plus he would gel right in.
Plus Rose and Gordon together on the floor has already been proven to have sucess.

What I saw was that we were damn lucky Lebron didn´t play his best basketball, especially in the fourth quarters.

I don´t expect him to play that bad again and you shouldn´t, too.

The Heat will be a lot stronger than they were in their first season. That´s just normal for a new team.

Its LeBron James...not Tim Tebow.

We'll be in our second season as well. Boozer and Rose were both beat up in the playoffs. There many reasons to believe we'll take a big step forward.

I too expect the Bulls as currantly constructed will improve..
I believe Taj learned a few lessons against the Heat that will benifit and help in his future playoff appearances.
Asik has more experiance.
Boozer if healthy. Can be a big differance.
Maybe this will be the year Deng finally learns to dribble a basketball.
Noah hopefully will be wiser in his on court decision makng process.
Derrick Rose got more mature and will be extremely confident.

Hell, Jason Richardson is still a real option here. I wouldn't doubt if they actually sign him. Matter of fact, I'd welcome it.

Though there is still: C. Lee, Mayo, etc.

No matter even if Roy was interested in Chicago I'd beg them NOT to even think about it. lol

would rather go get Arron Afflalo if possible, has developed into Well Rounded Player, unfortunately for him he played with Melo and Smith so he was reduced to being a Defensive Stopper and a Spot Up Shooter, but he can do so many other things

Roy won't be able to hold up with that Knee!

and No I don't want a Washed Up Vince Carter or Jason Richardson...and Cortney Lee is Average and nothing more then a "CHEAP ALTERNATIVE" but Lee don't get you past Miami in the Post Season

Bulls' dream (sources say) & Heat's nightmare is for Chi to get Brandon Roy after Blazers cut him w/amnesty clause....

But Bulls know Roy likely to be picked up first by a team with cap room. Source says Chi has interest in Josh Howard too, so does Wash & NJ

I don't see how a crippled Roy is a threat to the Heat.
Who ever says that is trying to trick the bulls gm into taking him.
That's the only logical explaination for that rumor.

31 year old Josh howard would be relief for Deng, but that doesn't correct our 2guard and scoring problem.
